The Netone simcards are being distributed to people registered by authorities throughout the country as vulnerable & in need of part of the ZWL$18billion stimulus package announced by @MthuliNcube. The distribution if being controlled by ZANU PF youths.
Manyanga & Chadzamira have forwarded nearly 4 000 names not known to even these ZANU PF youths across the province. Manyanga told the youths not to touch the 4 000 names because they "belong to the Minister & myself".
The simcards are being handed over to Manyanga. No one knows how many are for him & how many for the minister. That's a fair bit of money that's being pocketed by these two, under the pretext that it's being given to people in need.
Chadzamira played a prominent role in the elevation of @edmnangagwa to the Presidency during bitter fight between Lacoste and @ProfJNMoyo's G40, facing the wrath & public humiliation of Grace Mugabe for supporting ED.
In addition to this, just over 500 Netone lines have also disappeared from the batch allocated to Masvingo, said to have been stolen by ZANU PF youths. This is the problem with corruption. Because a councillor & a Provincial Minister are stealing...
..., other people, in this case, ZANU PF youths, feel justified to also pile into the corruption. The people suffering are the A huge chunk of the ZWL$18billion stimulus is disappearing this way across the board & across all sectors benefiting from this "stimulus".
