* Despite Delhi having been the only govt not to have been given a even penny by central govt in fight against Covid 1/n

* There are equal number of beds in Central govt & Delhi govt hospitals in Delhi.
Despite that
* Centre did not declare any of its hospital as a dedicated COVID facility in the national capital. 2/n

* None of the central govt hospital doctors were provided for duties either at airports when thousands of stranded Indians returned or in Quarantine Centres where nearly three thousand devotees from Nizamuddin Markaz were qarantined 3/n

* When Delhi govt provided hotels to its doctors on COVID duties & for 14 days Quarantine, ICMR issued guidelines that no 14-day quarantine is required for asymptomatic medical staff & they be asked to resume duties immediately 4/n

* Delhi kept asking for testing kits & PPEs for days together since citing ICMR guidelines, entire procurement process was centralised by the Union Health Ministry & Delhi was managing on a day-to-day basis 5/n

* Few uninformed jacks of all trades clapping at LG's orders calling him the Executive head, following Supreme Court 4 July 2018 Constitution Bench judgment, LG is not the executive head, he is simply misusing provisions of Disaster Management Act to please his bosses 6/n

* So what Twitter Constitution experts want :
* Elite Central govt hospitals be kept reserved for VIPs
* Private hospitals for those who can spend
* Poor & needy can try their luck in Delhi govt hospitals if any space is left
* Delhi taxpayer has no rights
