Thanks to haters for more evidence of @JimClemente being a habitual liar. It's rather embarrassing of him that he doesn't even seem to read the accusers's side of the story before he comes up with his easily refutable lies.
This nonsense about Jordan not knowing until 2004 that he could press criminal charges is easily refuted just by using Ray Chandler's own book: 
Not to mention the Chandlers' own lawyer mentioned the ongoing criminal case in his announcement about the settlement in January 1994.
As to what Jordan told the FBI in 2004, it is all in MJ's FBI files.
