The total hijacking done by one service where the colonial mindset is very prominent making the schemes biased.

I am sure picture wojld have been different it @indiannavy and @IAF_MCC also remain at the helm of affairs because there is fair treatment to sailors/Airmen in these services and welfare is taken care with logics.

But the present system in the schemes like #csd #ECHS and #DGR

Is highly rank obsessed where no logic except rank for priority and bigger pie in the budget of these welfare schemes derives the rules.

Rank define higher pay, perks and some inbuilt privilages but all the welfare scheme which run on Govt funds or contributory..

are made rank based is nothing except baisedness and hijecking of welfare schemes.

Private entity like #CSD and contributory scheme #ECHS on rank basis is a "DISCRIMINATION"

All state Govts gives the exemption of taxes and rebates for ExSM/veterans as a whole and

not to one cadre.

The self rules of eating bigger pie taken as per rank devoid of logics

📌No. of bottle as per rank not service means a Lt of 2 yrs service can drink more than a petty officer of 14 yrs service. Logic??

📌The limit of grocery item purchase for a unmarried Lt of age 24 yrs is more but a MCPO of age 50 having family of 4-5 is less. Logic??

📌 Car purchase on subsidy rates for a cadre is after every 04 year but twice in lifetime for another one. Logic??

Funds are less then make everyone at par after all govt funds of subsidy is for all not one cadre only.

📌 Priority in #ECHS as per rank means a col of age 55 yrs is veteran but subedaar of age 90 yrs is not logic??

📌 Allotment of petrol pump and CNG station through DGR means a col can..

run these pumps but JCO/NCO can not logic??

📌 Reservation of offr only for secty ZSB and RSB means they can ensure welfare not a JCO/NCO logic ??

I should say that monopoly of @adgpi on welfare scheme must be shared with other services where other ranks are treated fairly.

to look that the budget spared for welfare is being siphoned single handedly in the name of welfare of soldiers. Make these schems rank nutural, not hijecked ones

These schemes the larger number of beneficiaries if made rank natural and the budget you spare will be divered for soldiers not for a cadre only.

Pls decide who need subsidy more "Poor officer or rich soldier" 😂😂
