#Athirappally project: Approvals & ratifications from concerned Ministries like central electricity authority, ministry of forest & environment have already been availed for the said project. KSEB had urged the state govt regarding its #NOC for renewing the project sanction 
which was about to expire. In response to this, the govt headed for it. This is the source of the recent rumours. The project would be implemented if & only if there is a consensus among #LDF as well as opposition. That's the reason why the govt moved to retain
the validity of sanctions gained in advance, which is an ordinary procedure. We shall have a bit if flash back. Above given was a submission before the then Assembly & the response from the concerned Minister then. It clears clouds that the govt was not against
