Barely anybody considers the frequency/rarity of their 'evidence', nor seeks facts or perspectives that challenge or counter their worldview.
It makes most conversations and debates pointless. People just yell their cherry picked points at each other and believe they've 'won'.

To think clearly, you have to avoid the desire to constantly do this. You have to actively seek things that could prove you wrong and consider counterexamples.
