The UK is going to get nowhere until people in the media stop just being brave on Twitter and start having frank face-to-face conversations, instead of politely-embarrassed small talk, with their peers who helped to blowtorch the rule of law and then walked away.
I'm not saying this to try and be mean. It's because I keep seeing people gasp "but how did we get here?" and I think, well, you consistently refused to hold the perpetrators accountable. You wouldn't keep trusting a bad dentist, so why would you do the same for a bad editor?

These people allowed Hopkins and Farage to make huge money by mocking dead and dying black people for years and we had to sit here and watch our colleagues in the media dodge the issue. I hope everyone who knows this but is publicly afraid to admit it is ashamed of themselves.
