Even though Pharoah started out in Joseph's story as the 'bad guy', he turns out to be Joseph's point of elevation. Because Joseph had a ready solution for his (Pharoah's) biggest headache, at the right time.

The Bible says the crown doesn't last forever (Proverbs 27:24). The one everyone is grumbling about and making out to be the "Cruella in Command" will leave, but the problems will remain. Leadership shifts happen suddenly, with little notice.

What happens if tomorrow, the crown falls on you? Or on someone you know? And solutions are needed NOW? Will that be your Joseph moment, your elevation moment? Or will it be wasted because you trained yourself to be a problem identifier, and not a problem solver?
