Timbuktu Syllabus I tried to explain how every problem we face today came to manifest through historical factors

Be it social, economic or political.

Knowing the cradle of a problem makes solutions possible.

So here I'll try summarise 200 pages idea into 3 threads.
The San people of Southern Africa can identify the sex, age, health and direction of an animal just by reading its footprint.

If all commercial and agricultural civilisation were to collapse and humanity returned to being hunter-gatherers...

The San would rule the world.
We as Africans have taken the trajectory of following instead of redefining.

You can't duplicate the West in everything, because, just like the khoi, their way of life took centuries to master.

Be it politics, commerce or society, all must be redefined into our way of life.
For that reason, we lag at accomplishing true prosperity.

After the War of Independence, the Dutch acquired their independence from Spain.

The Chartered VOC company was founded, to explore, trade and colonise on behalf of the Dutch.

However, unlike the Spanish...
and the Portuguese, the Dutch lacked colonial stolen wealth of Silver and Gold.

So they redefined finance.

The VOC issued out the very first IPO. Which allowed the public to invest in a company, thus pioneering The Stock Market.

Without Gold or Silver, just strategy...
VOC went on to become the richest company on earth. Still holds that title to this day

They went on to take over Portuguese territories, becoming more powerful than the Spanish that colonised them

This world later be known as "The Dutch Miracle"

VOC brought Van Riebeeck to SA
The Dutch would later unite under Volkskapitalisme in South Africa, snatching the Economy from the British and sabotaging us.

Black South Africans, this is our turn to strategise.

What we need is a "South African Miracle"

A new ideology, one unprecedented. Bantu-Socialism.
Surrounds a concept I worked on during and after university, Social Engineering.

Four factors influenced this concept;

1.A study in Human Communications and Psychology back in University

2.A personal interest in history

3. Academic Activism

4. And The Busines Industry
Social Engineering under the Bantu-Socialist system unites 4 paramount subjects...

1. Land
2. A Bank
3. Cultural Commercial Capitals
4.13th century Timbuktu system

It fuses a system that not only eliminates social challenges, but comes with a surplus of investments to harvest
Timbuktu

For the longest time This Mali city was a mysterious land of wonder.

Unknown to European Explorers, they believed it made global fame through riches of Gold.

To their dismay, their presumption was flawed. Timbuktu was actually rich in Gold. It was rich in knowledge.
At its zenith, the Sankore University of Timbuktu had the biggest library in the world with over 700 000 books.

This was way before America was even discovered.

Tracing it's origins from 989 AD Sankore Mosque, Timbuktu holds claim as the first University in the world.
Timbuktu was more than just an academic university, it was an institution of life.

An education that advanced Africans into civilisation

At best, 20% of human advancement is academic

About 80% of who we become is social education

Timbktu Social Engineering concept fuses both
Re-engineering the idea behind social and intellectual transformation.

Be it Gbv, Crime, HIV, vandalism and even corruption. These are factors of Social miseducation

And in a society of vulnerable households plus high social contamination, many fall victim

We must change this.
Academic Centralisation

One is University of Limpopo, the backbone of Turfloop's economy. Anchored by Mankweng Hospital.

Turfloop hosts 20 000 students.

The other is Wits University. It hosts 40 000 students. Wits can expand its institution by 10x students, to 400 000...
so long as the Institution is centralised in one area, with a monolithic management system, all 400 000 students will receive equal education.

The Two comparisons show how education can both be quality and economic at the same time.

Just like Timbuktu.
Today South Africa records 25 000 basic education schools scattered throughout the country.

Making it impossible to manage or improve.

Let's just talk sports for example, soccer fields, rugby, tennis, cricket, basketball...

Do you see government ever building 25 000 of these?
To become a prosperous nation, we must first fix the education...

Academic facilities expand to science labs, computer labs, art centres, technical centres...

There is no way gov will ever accomplish this for 25 000 schools.

Diversification is the cure for unemployable youth
We can flip education from expense into investment. Through Academic Centralisation.

Inspired by City Montessori School in India...

Instead of 20 000 schools, how about 20 Academic cities?

Building the biggest boarding schools in the world

With a Bank, everything is possible.
History teaches us how valueless land became urban land.

In 1867, Kimberley was value less land when diamonds where first discovered. 5 years later, Kimberley recorded a population of 50 000, morphing into a city

The idea, to force mass migration into centralized economic areas
This is "forging the gold rush"

Any land can become valuable if you add commercial activity

It's not the Gold that built the cities, it's the migration into one central area which led to a boom of business activities.

50 000 people with a salary + one centralised area= A city.
This means changing everything. But in order to change everything, we MUST change everything.

No nation has ever dared to redesign the education system. It has been Church style since the 15th century.

We can charge far ahead of civilisation before they even get there.
Not only so, we as modern day black society deserve an urban education system that will praise our history, identity and culture.

We cannot continue fighting for acceptance in an urban white society. We must reinvent urban black.

Today the revolution is more intellectual.
Children deserve each and every facility that would allow them to advance into success.

Not only so, SA education has always focused on academics instead of talent.

I believe that the footballers that'll win our first world cup are trapped in the rurals. Far from limelight.
In a centralised academic city, no talent will go undiscovered

We need to redefine education. Put an end to teaching children dependency.

Allow them to invent in school.

Teach them real busines. Delete social sexual objectification.

Let our daughters become queens again.
Educators

"The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires"-William Ward

Alexander of Macedon was tutored by Aristotle, a great philosopher. He went on to rule half of the world, becoming Alexander The Great
Finland went from the worst to the best education in the world by making teaching a prestigious career. Teachers are well paid, and the requirement of become a teacher is a Master's degree.

Great teachers = great nation

Most of our teachers are either outdated or poorly trained
We also need a different attitude towards educators.

I believe great teachers are a combination of talent + good training.

You can have a Phd in Sound Engineering and still make bad music.

We must harvest talented educators, and train those. Our unemployed graduates are
potential. Also educators must earn by excellence. Some produce distinctions, others produce failures, but still earn the same. We need a commission based system.

Currently our education system records at least 410 000 educators.

In an advanced education, this number can...
grow buy 50%. With the addition of sports trainers, gymnastics teachers, music, arts and craft, theatre, practicals and all other extracurricular activities.

More academic jobs will be harvested in management, security, hospitality, catering, gardening, etc.
This will forge instant urbanisation.

This is about 50 000 employees migrating to one institution

Malls, Restaurants, Dealerships, flats, banks, hospitals, service businesses, etc will all pop up. 50 000 workers will become 100 000

"forging the gold rush"
More than just a nationalist, Verwoerd was a Sociologist by profession.

He knew that by destroying the education, he'd succeed at destroying black society.

And so they went on a quest of shutting all missionary schools that create Biko minds, replacing it with Bantu Education
I grew up in racist education. Met my first black teacher in high school.

I'd travel to school from my village everyday.

So from a young age I could properly diagnose how apartheid destroyed the black society through academic sabotage while protecting and nurturing the white.
Social Engineering is about redesigning social language.

Part 1 of The Timbuktu Syllabus explained how the Conscious and Unconscious mind works.

Gbv is social education. Quarantine the children from such education.

We can build a world that only teaches them Love and Unity.
End of Part 1/3

Part 2/3 (Black Industrialisation) coming @9am
