Some personal news: over the last 3 weeks I’ve had some kind of virus which has significantly slowed me down, (tho I’ve been quarantined since March!) On Sunday it took a new turn & I developed paralysis on the left side of my face. Fortunately, it’s Bell’s Palsy, not a stroke./1
This is treatable & most people completely recover, but it’s very uncomfortable & makes talking & eating a challenge. Also, you can’t close your eye or blink on the affected side, so it has to be taped down & bandaged to protect it. Takes between 3 weeks & 6 months recovery. /2
I got an eye patch delivered today, so once I get the full hang of it, I may show off my pirate look for you guys. Resting face, I look like this: /3

So, I’m hanging in there, but need more rest than I’ve been getting. I’ll still be here twitlawyering, but at a slower pace for a while. Fortunately, my trials & hearings are mostly delayed due to the coronavirus already. /5
