That's where the alleged shooter and his accomplice met before the feds say they took a white van into a protest to kill a cop and foment a civil war.

The alleged Oakland shooter is the same guy who wrote Boogaloo phrases — "I became unreasonable" and "boog" — in blood on the hood of a car shortly after he lobbed pipe bombs at cops and before he was apprehended.
