COVID-19 Update - 16 June 2020

1. FRAGORD 29 is the last document to be published for EXORD 144-20. All changes will be published on EXORD 210-20 for COVID.

2. FRAGORD 3 pending draft to clarification of leave and PCS determination (restricted vs unrestricted).

3. ALARACT 053 was published to consolidate entitlements guidance and ALARACT 054/2020 published to consolidate the PPG for COVID-19. ALARACTs 31, 36, 38, 40, and 45 have been rescinded.

4. ETPs will now be initiated and processed by the losing command only on a DA Form 4187. The gaining command will concur with the action during the staffing process before the final approval of the ETP. DACs have the option to use the 4187 or the memo.

5. The 10 day limit for PCS travel has been rescinded with ALARACT 040/2020. The unit can approve PCS travel and leave IAW ALARACT 054/2020.

6. For ETPs and Leave, the CDR/G1 will first look at the installation status on the IMCOM placemat. If there is no installation listed, then the OSD state listing is used. The losing location and gaining location must be green.

If the Soldier is going to take leave to an alternate location, then that location must be green. If any are red (restricted), then an ETP is required for PCS or leave. If the location for leaves are green and the installation is green, the unit CDR can approve the leave.

7. The IMCOM placemat for installations will be published on a weekly basis. The OSD green locations will be published in real-time.
