COVID-19 Updates - 9 June 2020

1.  FRAGORD 30 is being held until the updated SecArmy memo is published.  It will include language to cover reclassification travel.  MOS reclassification training will be exempted and not ETP will be required.

2. FRAGORD 2 to EXORD 210-20 is pending and will include the installation reporting requirements based on OSD guidelines. Will not be released until after SA memo.

3. ETP ALARACT is being drafted based upon the delegation changes. It will consolidate and rescind ALARACTs 31, 36, 38, 40, and 45. It will not be released until FRAGORD 2 is released.

4. Services pushed back on the OSD green locations listing and implementation plan to the SECDEF. Listing is being evaluated for re-release. This will delay the release of the FRAGORDs and SecArmy memo. The Senior Mission Commanders will determine the installation status.

5. CCC ETP memo for TDY is at SecArmy level for signature but working the funding issue along with unit reimbursement for the TDY and return. All exceptions to the TDY and return must be approved by HRC. More details will be released after ETP is approved.

6. Force Health Protection Policy #4 covers the 14 day quarantine period and that is determined at the local installation level.

7. AG1CP stated that the draft guidance to extend the time off awards for DACs is pending approval.
