Without a doubt American has steadily become a more litigious, legalistic, & power sotted country, one where police power functions w some immunity for its "legal" violence.

@MarkWSchumann 4/ In this it is instructive to note that we are, as I have proposed elsewhere, in the time of the #Brownshirts...That time when chaotic violence is being used to disrupt the social order, seemingly separate from any upper level direction, but certainly fulfilling the top level's

The author cites many, but her prescriptions seem utopian, not viable. A vision perhaps, but not a remedy in the present tense.
