Despite all the volatility and turmoil and hype, Bitcoin has not broken its general trend of going lower, and making lower highs.

Despite being pitched as a portfolio diversifier (by many people who wear blazers and sit on industry panels) it's basically just moved in line with the stock market this year. No diversification. Just more beat.

There's been so much easily readable stuff published this year on the role of trade and fiscal policy in contributing to low growth and high inequality, that if you're still focusing on The FED for our economic ills, I can only conclude that you're being deliberately obtuse.
Folks like @StephanieKelton @M_C_Klein @michaelxpettis @teasri @edwardnh @Brad_Setser @jturek18 @BuddyYakov @ptcherneva @DominikLeusder have all written great stuff this year that anyone with an interest in economics and markets can easily digest and get a different view.
