It is clear that a lock-down is a PREVENTIVE measure or call it 'buy for more time' to halt massive infection/ transmission of the virus so that the health authorities can prep up our health care facilities; acquire test kits, improve hospital bed capacities and equipment...

Our desire to flatten the curve is still nowhere in sight. Some countries did not even resort to lockdowns are much doing better.
