Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham says he has not been contacted by the administration about the Geoffrey Berman attempted firing.
Graham is saying here that he’s not going to be able to process a new nominee unless Schumer/Gillibrand return a blue slip — i.e., consent to the nomination.
