3. Bizarrely suggests as a point in Barr’s favor that there was going to be an amicable swap between heads of SEC and SDNY. On no planet does that make sense given their respective qualifications.
4. There is at least lip service to continuity of cases and invocation of the Inspector General
5. Nothing in the letter gives any explanation as to why this action and why now
6. Nothing in the letter changes the conclusion that Bill Barr is a liar
