I challenge you to not speak negatively for one week straight.
Don't complain, don't blame, don't react in a negative way, don't speak badly about anyone....
By meditating on a regular basis, you teach your brain to be calm.
The more you meditate, the more your brain adapts to this state as your default state, even after you finish meditating.
Do it every day, and being calm will be your natural state of being.
If you give yourself 30 days to clean your backyard, it will take you 30 days.
If you give yourself 3 hours, it will take 3 hours.
Same with anything. Create some urgency in your life.
"I want to start eating healthy but I don't like healthy food, it doesn't taste good like regular food. What should I do?"
You got used to eating junk food.
You can also get used to healthy food.
We are adaptable.
You will like it after eating it for long enough.
A very weird practice that I do recently when I care about what people think or when I'm afraid to take a risk...
I imagine everyone in the grave, under the ground, including myself.
And I remember that nothing matters.
We will all die.
Take that risk without fear.
Throw yourself into a difficult structure, an environment that challenges you and forces rapid growth.
The more you get uncomfortable, the faster you have to find solutions and improve.
No pressure, no diamonds.
Don't shy away from your mistakes.
Assess them, fix the errors and come back wiser.
Repeat, repeat, repeat.
Help others, for no reason at all. That's it.
Gratitude is a great way to create new positive pathways in your brain.
Appreciate everything, even the small things.
Your perception is your reality.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Try it.
No one owes you anything.
Not a response back. Not attention. Not time. Not help.
Nothing.
But people will give if you learn how to provide value to them.
Do not be entitled, because that's a sure way to get ignored.
Most people's self worth is tied to what others think, and that's why they are stuck.
Every time you listen to one of your excuses, a piece of your self esteem disappears.
When a negative thought pops up, observe it, then release it.
Trying to resist your thoughts only makes them stronger.
Detach yourself, understand that you are not your thoughts, then let go.
With detachment, you decrease their impact on you.
Everyone has opinions.
Focus on what's good for you and ignore the noise.
When it comes to social interactions, you want to focus on being high energy.
Everything else falls into place when you do.
People respond to you differently, you increase the vibe of the interaction and you are more free to express yourself.
Being around negative people is like being around an invisible harmful radiation.
Even if you can't see how, it's affecting you subconsciously.
I dare you to work on yourself for 6 months straight.
Pure focus, high work ethic.
If you'll do it, I guarantee you, your world will completely shift.
You can completely change who you are.
Your personality, the way you see the world, the way you think, feel and behave. You can become the person you always wanted to be.
You have to rewire yourself differently every day. It takes effort, but it's the best thing you'll do.
It's important to be kind to yourself, but also be tough.
Be real about where you are and where you want to be.
Notice when you are not giving 100% and make sure to get rid of excuses.
You can be serious & focused.. and still have fun. Balance.
When you are tired, try do drink water before drinking more coffee.
Many times we are tired because we are dehydrated.
Learn to not stay with an emotion for too long.
A situation lasts a few minutes. No need to let it ruin a whole day, week, month.
The present moment is all there is. It's neutral.
Focus on it, smile and strengthen your mind.
Notice what you are afraid of.
Create an action plan that will help you to gradually face this fear.
Progress until you overcome it.
We all know you become what you consume.
You are being brainwashed anyway; commercials, The News, radio, songs, other people's opinions.
So why not...
Think better thoughts, be around winners, read beneficial content, consume right ideas.
Take control.
You can't choose where you come from but where you'll end up is 100% up to you.
You can't have something without believing you can have it, first.
When you make a mistake or experience pain, instantly smile.
You always want to react well, and smiling helps us to reframe our perception of the situation and reaction without too much resistance.
Meditating every day can really help you to not be controlled by your thoughts and emotions.
It trains your brain to observe, and to not let them take over.
Try to meditate at least 5 minutes every day and see how it affects you.
Everything is neutral.
You give meaning to things, and decide what you choose to see as good or bad.
You do it unconsciously most of the time.
Challenge the way you see things.
By changing your perception, you'll train your brain to experience life differently.
Never be the one who celebrates other people's loss.
