Stay-at-home started Apr 2 & ended Apr 20.
Average cases have done nothing but rise, tracking re-opening.
Today cases leapt almost 50% over the 7-day average in 1 day.

5/ Abbott, who has relentlessly promoted TX as open for business, implores Texans to stay home for their own safety, if they don’t need to go out.

Making Tuesday, June 23, the first day of the pandemic that 2 separate states each had 5,000 new cases.
When cases are totaled, today will be #2 for cases in the pandemic in the US.
