Just an observation about past 2-3 days on Twitter
1) Senior retired Army men commenting and taunting the NCO’s and SSC guys openly shows that sometimes even the uniform can’t teach sense.
2) Just being a veteran isn’t enough, some dignity is required in behaviour.

3) By constantly bickering about current COAS or people on ground, they aren’t helping in anyway.
4) As veterans they may know far more than an average Twitter civilian but so do those currently serving on ground. They shouldn’t make it a match between “our times vs theirs”

5) As citizens all of us are entitled to a political opinion. When one starts confusing their opinions as facts & Gyaan, they are nothing but political puppets. Whether you wore one two or three stars is irrespective after that.
6) Years of service experience or statements like 6 times the service experience means zilch if you can’t even apologise without gleefully retweeting abuses for others. Be the man you were trained to be. Own up an indecent behaviour and move on..
7) If there is an inquiry or misconduct on a serving or retired officer and it’s in public domain, people will point it out. Whether you finally got to retire with pension benefits means nothing. Infact they should be thankful that they got that 😂
