1. Create a fake profile with a white girl and claim she converted to Islam leading to tons of adoration
Said white girl....
2. Wait for thirsty Muslims that see a potential mate AND a ticket to the west
3. Revel in the newly gained twitter followers while you change your handle to your actual name
4. Delete all non-recent tweets posting a flurry of tweets to make it hard for people to realize the astroturfed account. All the tweets within the past week...
5. Rinse and repeat on Instagram ... 79 posts and 25.6k followers... Even the most dedicated thot would be jealous of @DrIsrarAchakzai numbers

This past week @halimasalat saved a life. In my experience, real heroes often go unsung. They do not seek acknowledgement, and their work goes unnoticed and uncelebrated. Just this once, I wanted to make sure that did not happen. /1 (Thread)

The idea of taqiyya is used by bigots to recast banal dishonesty into a conspiracy, a doctrine to dominate non-Muslims.
It's an attempt to dehumanize Muslims simply for being a part of the human condition, for having flaws like hypocrisy. /1
Taqqiya itself is a fringe doctrine primarily of Shia Islam. It provides permission to deny ones faith in the face of persecution. It's extremely uncommon for Muslims to have ever even heard of the concept. /2
@SarahTheHaider ran an informal poll among 100+ #exMuslims
a. 75% of them had never heard of the concept from any Muslims sources growing up.
b. 9% of them had heard of it in a Shia context (grew up Shia as a persecuted minority)
c. 15% had heard of it in a Sunni context. /3
