A meeting like any other of the trustees was convened on 18 May, 1995... minutes were circulated officially by Dr Kapila Vatsyayan in her capacity as the Director of Centre, "The Minutes of this meeting have been approved by Smt Sonia Gandhi, President of the IGNCA Trust."../10
