Every system has a flaw, or a potential flaw exposing the system to harm. We know them as an "Achillies Heel".
They are usually found in the assumptions of the system. It usually takes effort to find them. But once
In our case, America, the Constitution made these assumptions:
> the distribution of power
> the protection of the nation from an evil or ill intended president was the Congress and the courts.
> the primacy of the 'rule of law' and
> Consent of the governed
> No one above the law
If those charged by their oath to protect & defend the constitution will not do it, there is no other foundational defense against the authoritarian intentions.
The thing about forest fires, or national configurations as we are in now, is that when they burn out two
. the chaotic undergrowth of the system, the weeds, will have been burnt out.
. A new ground has been prepared to make the necessary changes that will enable the restoration of a more healthy forest.
