Very interesting hearing. Here's the quick summary:

1. Austard will continue employment (participation in documentary, market and promote their QAnon documentary) with the Keystone Project Wanderer Film Collective and has a financial stake in the venture

2. He may travel to Scottsdale (with advanced permission) for the purpose of filming documentary

3. Austard may move in with the roomates as long as he has no access to firearms, deadly weapons, ammo or any other deadly devices

4. He may have no contact with anyone who has engaged in any criminal activity

5. He may have access to computer devices, internet and social media, with conditions

6. He must take down select videos from his YT channel referenced in the original complaint

7. He may not engage with any of his alleged victims or their families directly or indirectly, through social media

8. He remains on home detention so he can leave fir work, court, drug testing, attorney meetings etc. but everything has to be planned and pre-approved with Pre-Trial Services.

9. The judge admonished Austard for his past "defiant" behavior with following conditions properly

10. The judge mentioned he did not have approval for the "gathering" in the courthouse lobby where he socialized for some time. His case worker had to come out and tell him to go home immediately

11. The judge expressed serious concerns about his behavior and following rules

12. It was revealed he lied about having the Targarov in hand when the FBI came to his door. It was an air gun.

13. The judge said twice he was either misleading or delusional about working for the DIA or DOD.
