i have some truths that need to be exposed but with the censorship i will be deleted. if my reach is not enough to get the info out. THIS IS BUISNESS. please share this post and and click the ring bell #qanon #gulfoilspill #obamagate
deep horizion was the well rig in the gulf of mexico who had a blowout and caused a natural disaster in the #gulfofmexico. the initial accident was just that, an accident. sort of. they had a BOP. (blow out preventer) at 5000 feet under the gulf seas.
(2). the BOP had been used on the last well hole they had drilled trying to tap the same pocket of oil. on that hole they had a blowout and the BOP worked to sever the the drill pipe and cap the well. by design the BOP is reusable and is assigned to the drilling platform.
(3) BP did not disassemble the BOP to see if any damage had occurred during the last blow out. and because of the blow out at the previous well. they did not have to time to send it back to the company in texas who made the BOP to have it serviced
(4)because BOPs are assigned to the well rig they placed it at the bottom of the sea floor on the new well and started drilling. keep in mind . the BOP is the last line of defense to protect the environment from a spill underwater. THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE
THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE
because the BOP was damaged and BP did not know this because they did not take the time to inspect if after the last blowout. IT FAILED. the pressures were so extreme that the clamp jaws were broken and it was not able to sever the drill pipe so the rig could be detached.
(6) all drill companies try to get to the oil with the least amount of drilling possible. the oil pocket they were trying to tap is one of the worlds largest reserves and holds 100s of billions of dollars in oil
(7) all oil reserves have natural gas connected to them. which is the decomposition of the crude. the gas rises to the top of the oil pocket. because the oil companies drill into the top of the pocket they are aware of the gas and plan for it. the pressures were to high. BLOW OUT
(8) the LAST LINE OF DEFENSE as i have said is the BOP. due to extremely high pressures. there is no proof that the BOP failed due to the previous blow out or due to the pressures within the well they were currently drilling. Either way. IT FAILED.
(9) because the BOP could not stop the flow of gas and oil rushing to the surface at the well rig. the gas was not able to be controlled and was exposed to open air at the surface. natrual gas will ignite without open flame if exposed to high heat and any sort of spark.
(10) all offshore drill rigs have huge engines that generate the electrical power to operate the rig. the combination of the engine exhaust and the electric generation was the perfect storm to ignite the gas coming from below into a ball of perpetual fire.
with the natural gas in the air. all of the engines started to speed up out of control and there was no way to shut them down. on a desil engine. they do not use spark to ignite the fuel. they use compression and heat. to shut them off. you shut off the fuel. fuel was in the air
(12). because the fuel was in the air and not able to be regulated or shut off. the engines had what they refer to as a runaway scenario. THEY KEPT SPEEDING UP UNTIL THEY BLEW UP.
(13) once the engines blew up all of the generation units that supplied the power to the rig were destroyed. 90% of all functions on a off shore well run on electricity. controls . switches. valves. pumps. ballast pumps. pressure regulators. WORST POSSIBLE SCENARIO.
(14) now that i have introduced you to the legalese of WORST CASE SCENARIO. it is time for you to understand how it is applied. UNITED STATES COAST GUARD MINES AND MINERALS SERVICES issues all offshore drill rig permits. included in them is a WORST CASE SCENARIO PLAN
(15) within this plan that has to be submitted is the procedures for a WORST CASE SCENARIO. it is the processes of how to mitigate a disaster like the deep horizon oil spill in the event of a WORST CASE SCENARIO. the plan is approved prior to the permit being granted.
(16) and here in lies the problem. no one ever imagined that the chain of events that became known as the deep horizon oil spill could occur. so in essence.. THERE WAS NO PLAN. because there was no plan for this scenario. the powers that be at the time tried to put out the FIRES
(17) with WATER. on a floating rig, in the middle of the gulf, with a drill pipe connected to the earth 5000 foot underwater that was pushing natural gas and crude to the surface where all the engines that ran the pumps that kept the rig afloat were not working. DISASTER
(18). do you remember watching the TV footage of the coast guard ships shooting water on the fire like it was a dock fire in the bay somewhere that was attached to land. 38 HOURS OF SOLID WATER FROM SEVERAL COAST GUARD BOATS. i guess no one ever thought about WHAT IF
(19). needless to say. the pumps that were used to keep the platform level were not working. as the Coast Guard continued to put more water on it. it started to list. because one side was filling. the platforms are buoyant due to air chambers 60 ft under the surface
(20) the rigs are designed to raise and lower in the water just like a ship. the less water they have. the higher out of the water they sit. the more water they have the lower they sit. well of you fill one side. all the rest of the water will run that way and it will flip fast
it only stayed afloat as long as it did because of the drill pipe attaching it to the gulf floor. only so much leverage can be applied before something gives. we NOW know how much thanks to the COAST GUARD. and down she went. 5000 FEET DOWN. as it went it folded all the drillpipe
(22) in a matter of 38 hours. from the time of the blowout. the united states government had managed to cause the world largest disaster in open waters in history. i truly place the blame on the OBAMA administration. they knew what would happen. and they needed it to.
(23) this is not a political thing. this is a right and wrong thing. with the gulf oil spill . OBAMA was able to put into place a moratorium on off shore drilling nation wide and refused to issue any permits. halted all drilling and it remained through his presidency. FACTS
(24) this allowed for the admin to force america to buy foreign oil. from middle east nations. FACT.. by stopping off shore drilling. he essentially halted one of the 4 pillars of the US economy. he had already had his hands in the stock market to manipulate it..
(25)he had already taken on the housing market. and forced ALL banks to hand over all loans for residential housing to the government. which in essence made the government the deed holders to ALL residential property. ask your banker if they have residential loans that they keep
(26) the 4 th pillar was the automotive industry. and we all know how that worked out. now that you know what was at stake if there was a disaster. you will understand why so many people world wide was in AWE and repulsed as to what was happening
(27) once the coast guard had sank the platform. they real speculation started. how do they stop the flow of oil 5000 feet under the surface?. who was going to pay for it? was it considered a single disaster?. the last time we had a spill in US waters was the Exxon Valdez in 1989
(28)the Exxon Valdez was a supper tanker that ran aground in the bay in a deep harbor port in Alaska. it was a known volume of oil. in a known size of container.. so we were able to estimate how many barrels of oil was spilled. OPA 90 was written and passed into law in 1990
(29) OPA 90 limited the fine to be levied to 345 million dollars for a water disaster pertaining to an oil spill. a barrel of crude oil is measured as
42 gallons of crude at 60 degrees FH
the fine per barrel is 4200 USD.. or 100$ per gallon of CRUDE
(30) so keeping with this logic.. it is a fine for the spill and a fine per barrel for the spilled content. of CRUDE OIL.
jump forward to the gulf.. was it a single spill? was it a set number of known barrels ? the answer is NO. it was a continuous spill for 100 days. barrels?
(31) remember all the news agencies covering it at the time? how many barrels ? how would you calculate a value to levy the fine? was all the oil coming to the surface ? was it staying under water ? due to the outcry and no answers or direction they put out a PLEA to the people.
there was a battle between BP and the US gov. neither one was taking responsibility for anything. BP said the coast guard sank it .. so it was not their spill as it was now.. the US GOV said BP needed to deal with it or they would collapse the company within the US.
(33) to keep the peace between the 2 entities.. the IATAP was created and the intermediary between them. neither having control but working through the IATAP to stop the flow of oil.. we were an advisory board.. and responded to all the submissions for insight.
(34) i worked directly with a person from MIT who was part of the tactical briefings. i was the boots on the ground so to speak. within 3 days of the IATAP being established. i was on a plane to New Orleans LA to assess the situation. by this time oil was washing up on the beach
(35) my background is manufacturing.. from concept to fruition. and all phases in-between. i have a vast knowledge of the machines and workflow to bring a product to market. i felt like i was up for the task. boy was i wrong. 85,000 submissions of products and companies.
(36) some were great products. some companies wanted to help.. some wanted to profit. i had to help to weed through what would work and what would not.. the good products we looked at to see if implementation would be feasible. how would it be deployed. where. when. who. why
(37) the second day i was in LA. i sat in on a meeting with DARRYL WILLIS. the person in charge of the spill at BP. he was from New Orleans.. remember seeing him on TV? i watched him cut checks to non profits just to get them to sign NDAs. PAID TO SHUT UP AND GO AWAY
HUNDREDS OF NON PROFITS KNEW THERE WOULD BE AN OPEN CHECKBOOK. and they all took the money . signed the NDAs .. and left town. they were not there to help. they were there to profit. through manipulation. pay us or we will CRY WOLF.
i was on the waterfront on the Mississippi and watched @andersoncooper lie to the american people with his fear porn. this disaster is what set him up as a lead @CNN reporter. he said he was asking the tough questions.. we all know how that works
(40) now we are going to dive into how BP had situational control; of the clean up. coast guard stations. dispersants. was able to collapse the gulf fishing industry. the non profits. the chosen businesses. and the cover up. the recovery tanker called THE WHALE. what maritime law
(41) OPA 90 granted BP situational control of the clean up. i discussed this earlier in the thread about fines levied. per OPA 90. the fox was watching the hen house. it was not in their best interests to recover oil. it was just the opposite. 4200$ per barrel recovered of crude
if they did not recover any crude. there was no fine for it because it could not be calculated. all of the media referred to it as emulsified oil. which is a mixture of oil and water.. NOT CRUDE. and crude is what the fine would be placed on.
(43). if anyone want to read some very dry law making.. read OPA 90.its title is OIL POLLUTION ACT 1990. but as you read it.. it reads as the oil protection act.. when used in the case of the deep horizon spill. the oil companies had lobbyists help write the bill and you can tell
