@ramana_brf plight of both west and east ends were horrific. But the issue in the thread highlights another more sinister side to this: the very different policy/ideological view taken by the post-Gandhian Gandhian "centre" on mitigation after what they had overseen unleashed on Hindus/Sikhs
@ramana_brf the persistent and almost callous attempt at nation-state level to try and prevent E.Pak Hindus to be able to flee jihad and try and find a life on the other side of the border.
@ramana_brf I hv searched for the motives and it always reduces by elimination to the darkest aspects of Indian politics as only remaining explanations: inter-regional/ethnic-"racism", bitter-vengeful personal political grudges, collective punishment for deemed individual offenses.
