#GuoWengui admitted in a 2019 deposition in the #SV case that the signature on the Xi Jinping loyalty letter was indeed his.

1) Key #GuoWengui quotes from August 31, 2019 Mingjing interview about his August 26, 2019 letter to Xi Jinping.

Guo writes in the first person using his given name Wengui, addresses Xi deferentially by his CCP title & offers to serve as propagandist.

This is significant because in 2018 Guo would found the Rule of Law groups.

a) In his deposition of December 4, 2019, #GuoWengui was shown the August 31, 2017 video of himself describing his August 26, letter to Xi Jinping. He claimed he couldn't remember, and denied the letter was his. See the transcript here and in next two tweets.

b) #GuoWengui transcript, continued. Guo claims not to know, not to remember, says it's a CCP plot, disclaims responsibility for letter, calls it a fake.

c) In his June 4, 2019 deposition in the @XiaYeliang case, #GuoWengui waffled but admitted that he did sign the August 26, 2017 letter to Xi Jinping and that the letter and his signature were genuine. Then he gave an excuse about caring for his family.
