1-From today on,I will deal with the islands that Greece has armed in an illegal way in the Sea of Islands,one by one in terms of international law.First,let's start from the island of Limnos.This is the place where the famous Mondros Armistice Treaty (occupation Ott) was signed. 
2-The demilitarization status of Limnos is regulated in Art 12 of the 1923 Lausanne Peace Treaty,article 4 and Art 6 of the 1923 Additional Protocol.10 Feb 1947 Disarmament was accepted in the Paris Peace Treaty. Disarmament became customary law with the aforementioned agreements
Demilitarization principle is maintained. The island of Limnos is at a distance from Greece's mainland. Since the 1960s, Greek armament has been increasing in Limni which is existed at the Turkish continental shelf / contigius zone. The issue is a national security for Turkey.
4- Greece has violated the bilateral agreements below, which stipulate a balance between the two countries.

5-Although Greece's demilitarization of the islands is expressed very clearly in the Lausanne Treaty, the establishment of an air base on Limnos,the militarization activities,and the effort to attract NATO exercises in this area are completely covering their own unlawful efforts.
6-Militaryization of the island of Limnos by Greece is a mala fides which violates the principles of the UN Constitution for peaceful purposes, principle of avoiding aggression, principles of the 1982 UNCLOS based on goodwill and peaceful purposes, not abusing the right.
7-As result,Limni,which is located in the Turkish continental shelf and contigius zone, is armed.Excessive maritime claims against Turkey are requested. Even in this state, Greece completely violates international principles and norms. Violation of agreements continues.
I have not yet added the case law to all these details. The conditions that exist in the International Conventions. Turkey is a very strong point even in the legal sense. It is useful for Greece to consider the end of this illegal efforts. Turkey will not let any fait accompli
