A result of the great war of antediluvian times between the parent race of Atlantis and their rebellious colonies was the division of Europeans into the R1a and R1b haplogroups.

R1a largely being descendants of the Eagle bloodline and R1b, Atlanteans.

After the invading Atlanteans were, at the last moment, defeated by their colonies, the continent sank into the sea with its survivors largely settling on the western coast of Europe.

The Patriarchal colonist we're already established in the western Med region.
Over time, there was much intermingling of people's and established races already exist in Europe before, during, and after Atlantean colonization (these would be the other haplogroups that exist in Europe today).
The ancient Celtic race is largely the descendants of Atlantis...
...while the Slavic and parts of the Germanic race are from the Eagle bloodline.

Throughout history until today, we see most Central/East European countries use the Eagle as their national symbol while those in W. Europe do not but instead use symbols associated with the 🐍
These variations of the serpent include not only dragons, and Lions, but also the fleur di Lis, which has an ancient esoteric meaning that dates back to antiquity.
The fleur de Lis has been found adorning the helmets of Scythian warriors. Despite being associated with the Russian steppe, the Scythians only migrated there, having originated as a tribe further south.

They are closely linked to the Dragon bloodline and would eventually...
...migrate into Europe and there split off into various tribes, including not only the Thracians but also the founders of various Nordic states such as Denmark, N.Germany & Franc large parts of the British Isles (having originated from there, they were only returning home)
For those skeptical of these claims, even much-vaunted modern science with their shady dealings and blatant cover-ups has shown that the R1a/R1b divide of Europe began after the last ice age (global cataclysm) and that haplogroup R1b originated with the ancient Celts.
The Fleur de Lis, long associated with royalty, especially the Kings of France, was known to the Scythians.

The original line of French Kings, the Merovingians, came, at least maternally, from those same Scythians, who were known as the Dragon (Serpent) kings.
As I pointed out in an earlier thread, most ordinary people have no idea about the significance of their genetic haplogroup (if they even know about it at all).

However, the various higher bloodlines do.

Also, for those who wonder why Italians are largely R1b despite the Romans using an eagle, the founders of Rome and their Patrician class were from further north, probably R1a (same with the Dorian people who ruled Greece).
Of course, the survivors of Atlantis had infiltrated all these ancient societies, even ones where the Eagle ruled (just like today).

They promoted various underground mystery schools to ensure that their ancient beliefs would live in even under the eyes of hostile rivals.
*Correction, I meant to say that the R1a Eagle bloodline was already settled in the Eastern Med and Western Asia.

Historical evidence bears this out.
