The charges from the Battle of July 4th suggest that CBP commissioner Mark Morgan lied during his recent Fox News appearance.
During that appearance, Morgan repeatedly stated that a protester had been arrested with a pipe bomb. This appears to be false.

Morgan seemed to be stating the protester arrested with a machete was the person caught with a "pipe bomb". This provided photo shows the "bomb", which does not appear to have any fuse. Some suggested this was simply a tool for breaking windows.
Now that we have the actual list of Federal charges, we can see that no one is being charged with possession of a pipe bomb. The machete-wielding man, who Mark Morgan considered such a threat, is only being charged with shining a laser pointer at officers.
You can find the Fox News segment below. In between fulsome praise of President Trump, Morgan argues that the protesters on July 4th were not protesters, because they brought weapons. The presence of a pipe bomb was the centerpiece of his argument.
I wonder if @foxandfriends will be making any kind of correction to note this? I doubt it, considering Morgan also harped on a protester's perfectly legal possession of a machete, which was at no point used offensively.
