๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐; hereโs the general guide I use when I start terraforming micro environments: 1. One/two trees ๐ฒ 2. Bushes/flowers ๐ท 3. Log stakes/country fences๐ 4. An item or two ๐ช 5. 2-3 Floor paths ๐ 6. Some lights/lamps โจ
๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ, eg: this is the entrance to my library. I imagine riding my bicycle, parking it underneath a tree, and then returning my library books in the tiny library ๐ Create a story and it helps you figure out how to decorate ๐ป
๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฆ I can literally start a whole thread about this, but little islands are such a nice way to fill up pockets of spaces that you donโt know what to do with ๐ด
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ค Dont be scared of it! Pick 2 colors as your base (I picked blue and white for my fish market) and make sure all your items fit the theme color ๐๐ฆ
๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ค โจ All cottage core islands need to look cute at night because we donโt sleep LOL so catalog all the lights and spam 100 mush lamps ๐๐ป
๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ฌ; this was the hardest for me to figure out. But once I did, itโs my fav part of terraforming. Go crazy with it! โบ๏ธ Dont limit yourself, because it really gives so much character and life to your island. ๐ฟ
๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ง, thereโs not right or wrong way to terraform, only the way that makes you happy and proud of your island ๐ป๐ฟ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐งธ So do what makes you the happiest! โบ๏ธ
