ok i wanted to write this long time

The epidemic has started a fight between 2 groups

For simplicity:
1) the "socialists": those who justify lockdown measures and so on
2) the "swedish" aka those who dont want any measures but only recommendations

2bis) as they rely on personal behaviour to control the epidemic spread

The latter see any measures as an unbearable and unnecessary restriction of personal choices

In italy they call those "liberisti" referring to Hayek, Von Mises and so on

(Liberals in the USA wont work as they are more leftish so i called them "swedish")

What is the heritage of Hayek and Von Mises?

Rule-based State, Institutions to protect minorities (down to the individuals) against the will of the majorities, though democratically elected

So no individual should suffer unjustified arm due to willingness of the majorities even if there is a Law

That is why we have institutions like the Constitutional Courts in every democratic country.

Now it is clear tha Covid19 hits (luckily) at a minority of the poulation

But the "swedish" are advocating the right to have liberties which could cause unjustified arm to a minority of the population.

you can be fully responsible, and asymptomatic.

Hence cause arm

Under the name of which kind of Rule-based State are the "swedish" claiming this right?

i personally dont know.

And i studied Hayek as much
