Here's a thread on some of the NON union stuff, if it passes as is.:
Employers gain more power to deduct from paycheques, primarily in cases of previous payroll errors.
Shift changes no longer require 8 hours of rest / 24 hours notice in all cases
shifts of 24 days on no longer require a minimum 4 days off in all cases.
Holiday pay, in many cases, for part-time employees, will be reduced due to altered methods of calculating average wages.
Prior notice of layoffs to the affected people is no longer required / expected
