The Padmanabha Mandir judgment is not a victory for Hindus. It is Supreme Court's approval to govt control over temples. There is no reason to celebrate. Instead Parliament must bring ordinance. +
The temple will now be managed by an Admin committee that has only 1 nominee of Royal family, 1 chief Tantri and rest 3 from government. The Chairman, instead of an IAS officer will be local district judge. +
The Admin committee will take all major decisions for temple and cannot use temple funds for larger Dharmik cause unlike in case of Churches and Mosques..+
There is an Advisory committee that is chaired by retd High Court judge nominated by CJ of High Court. Another auditor nominated by Chairperson. And one nominee of Trustee. Hence here also govt controls the committee. +
Court rejected key arguments of appellate counsels and relied either on state counsel or its own assessment of property dispute. + 
Basically, arguments of appellate counsels were rejected or ignored. The matter was assessed as a property dispute and no violation of Article 25 or 26 was accepted. The judgment hence open gates for future govt acquisitions of mandirs. +
The only 2 options left for Hindus now are following:
1. Either bring an ordinance in parliament to restrict control of mandirs by govt.
2. Or at least do the same with mosques and churches.
Else, Hindu funds will continue to fund those whose heaven lies in converting Hindus. +

I feel Hindus celebrate too early without getting in details. A judgment that puts all Hindu mandirs under threat is being hailed as victory of Dharma. Imagine what happens to Padmanabham Mandir if there is a UPA in Center and Muslim League alliance in Kerala.
