3. That said, one doesn’t need that kind of corroboration. We have the very document he was asked to sign— with the additional condition that he not publish a book expressly in the text.
4. This is a curious item in the CNN report:
“Cohen ... is currently under a 14-day solitary confinement, according to his attorney.”
Why is Cohen in solitary? And does it impede his ability to write/finalize/publish his book?
