BREAKING (Thread): Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman appear to have filed paperwork to lobby on behalf of a company linked to indicted Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell. However, it appears that this is just some ploy to garner attention for these two hoaxers. 1/

Granite Reality LLC is the mysterious company that purchased Ghislaine Maxwell's $1 million luxury hideout on December 13, 2019 from a family trust. It is managed by Jeffrey W. Roberts, who also registered a second company, Hopley Yeaton, whose manager is “Scott Borgerson.” 3/

Scott Borgerson had reportedly lived with Maxwell for some time in his $3 million ocean-front New England home.

So why would Burkman and Wohl file this paperwork? And are they really lobbying for this company? (thread 4/)

Ed Krassenstein reached out to Jack Burkman and asked about his relationship with Granite Reality. His response, as seen below was, "I cant comment on clients except to say that everyone is entitled to a presumption of innocence..." (thread 5/)

Ed Krassenstein then followed up, pointing out that the document is public record, and requested that Jack Burkman state if he filed the paperwork or not. Burkman refused to respond (see below) (thread 6/)

Ed Krassenstein also contacted Jacob Wohl, who also refused to comment.

So are Burkman and Wohl really representing Granite Reality? (thread 7/)

There are a few things that stick out that point to this being a hoax by Wohl and Burkman.

#1) Granite Reality is the name of the Maxwell-linked company from Boston. Burkman's filing spells it Granite Realty (without the "i"). (thread 8/)

#2) Burkman and Wohl refuse to confirm or deny the filing was made by them. It would be illegal to make a false filing, and Burkman, an attorney, knows this.

It's a public document so if it was legitimate they wouldn't fret in saying so. (thread 9/)

If it was faked by someone else they would certainly want to make that clear as well.

However, if they simply want the media to cover this story, in order to garner attention for themselves, they would likely refuse to answer the question, which is exactly what they did.
