His county has seen a sustained uptick and is now even seeing deaths go up again
"I think we've had four community deaths in the last couple of days," he said (not in long term care facilities)

Today, Dr. Kelly compared himself to the nerd in a sci-fi movie who is warning the community that the threat it faces is real, not made up.
He said masks are the easiest option to consider
