First, get it out of your head that to yield these results you need some wildly complex strategy
KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Let facebookβs algorithm do its thing
Iβll break it down week by week
Week 1: LOTS OF TESTING! About 1/3 of ad spend was spent in first week on cold traffic looking for audiences that work
also had a custom audience running for people that have engaged with my clients IG in past 90 days (performed very well)
Week 2: This is when we found about 3 audiences that worked
we scale VERTICALLY first!
We found audiences that worked, so we duplicated those ad sets and raised the price, and added new creatives/copies to test different angles within the winning audience
Week 3: We could clearly see the winning audience, creative, and copy now among each ad sets
so now we took our best performers and threw them in a CBO to scale
(I only use CBOβs to scale)
Week 4: keep testing new angles/ads within the winning audiences
Test similar audiences to the winning ones
and now, weβre almost ready to start retargeting (I know... we started on a fresh pixel so the retargeting audience is still <1000)
Doing all this doesnβt take much work per day either (20-30 min)

My response was if you follow them into work, and track what they do every minute, and what tasks they do and how much of it moves the needle forward for their business
probably only 2-3 hours of their day would move the needle forward
A lot of it could probably even be automated as @ROGUEWEALTH said a few days ago
And when I say 2-4 hours of work per day
Itβs deep work, no phone, no one can fuck with you
