@impactology The different ways of analyzing and articulating flows are not perfectly crisply defined, but I would say those things are in the same family but not reducible to the same thing
@impactology Use cases are generally defined a particular task with a well-defined workflow, such that one will be able to map a particular feature/function to the particular use case.

You may be able to address a cluster of few use cases with a sophisticated feature.
@impactology Scenarios in the Cooper style are conceived with more user context: not just how an abstracted user accomplishes a task but how a persona with broad driving goals responds to a specific, vividly realistic situation. This typically implies workflow employing many functions.

I almost didn’t include QWERTY as an example of a hyperkludge, since it originally was a pretty good solution to a problem which won out for pretty good reasons, but its power to crowd out much more appropriate solutions in contexts like a touchscreen kiosk makes it one
