Why is *every Republican* so bad at this? Here's Marco Rubio offering his condolences over the death of John Lewis atop a picture of him speaking to *Elijah Cummings*. 
PS/ And—bonus—Rubio changed his Twitter avatar to a picture of him speaking to Cummings at the same time.
PS2/ The obvious answer here, of course, is racism—and a belief that all black people look alike. But what confuses me is that these GOP pols have staffs who handle this for them—and they know this is a political issue on which they're vulnerable. They *still* can't get it right?
PS3/ Even the *fixed* version of Rubio's official condolences has *four* typos and no punctuation. Jesus!
