1-This is an exclusive video from @AlinejadMasih’s brother, just before he was arrested. In it, he reveals that the Islamic Republic of Iran authorities had officially offered 70 million Tomans to his family, if only they would bring Masih to Turkey to visit with them.
2-When Masih’s mother hears the offer, she recognizes that the figure, being so steep, must be “blood money” and the family realizes that it was a trap to kidnap and take her to Iran.
3-It was a bait like the one offered to Rouhollah Zam, the editor in chief of Amad News. Zam traveled to Iraq last year. The offer brought him out of the safety of France, and into Iraq from where he was kidnapped and brought back to Iran. He’s now awaiting his execution.
