Regarding his new challenge. mawt means death. Mumeetuka is of the same root. It only means death. But he runs away by saying in their classical tafasir النوم أخو الموت (Sleep is the brother of death) so his claim is that Jesus was put to sleep. This claim is erroneous.
It only means sleep when either night (Layl) or sleep (Manam) is mentioned. Ibn Abbas (ra) is speaking in relation to tawaffa. Whenever the word tawaffa appears in the form of Bab Tafa-ul and the subject is Allah or the angels, and the object on which this verb is applied
has a soul, (no night or sleep being mentioned) always infers the meaning of death. Tawaffa has been used 25 times in the Quran. Here are the verses it has been used in

passing away or dying. Ibn Abbas (ra) statement which Imam Bukhari has quoted under the tafseer of Chapter 5 verses 117-118 still stands. clearly confirms what tawaffi means when used for a human being, and confirms that even when used for Isa(as) it means death.

The onus of proof is on @exMoslemsInc. Who apart from abusing & mocking ahmadis, cant prove that Tawaffa isnt used for death. If he has a reason to give the secondary meaning that is sleep, then he should explain why with clear evidence.
