Is to confine oneself to obedience to Allaah; and to withhold oneself from disobedience to Allaah, and from being angry with what Allaah has decreed. So one should withhold ones soul from annoyance,
resentment and exasperation. Rather one should always be eager and energetic in calling to Allaah’s Religion, even if faced with ill-treatment. This is because caus-
ing harm to those who call to good is a trait found in mankind, except for those whom Allaah has guided.
Allaah, the Most High, said to His Prophet:
“Indeed messengers before you, O Muhammad, were denied and
rejected but they patiently bore the denial, rejection and harm of
their people until our aid came to them.”
[Soorah al-An’aam (6):34]
The more severe the harm becomes
the nearer is Allaah’s aid. It is not the case that Allaah’s aid is only that a person is aided in his lifetime and sees that his da ’wah has produced positive results, rather this aid may come after his death such that
Allaah causes the peoples hearts to accept what he called
to, so that they follow it and adhere to it.
This is also counted as being help and a grant of victory from Allaah, even though it is after his death. So the caller should patiently persevere in his call and continue upon it; patiently persevering upon the Religion of Allaah,
the Mighty and Majestic, which he calls to; having patience in facing whatever
harm he encounters. Indeed the messengers faced harm and hurt from the words and actions of the people.
Allaah, the Most High, says,
“Likewise no messenger came to the previous people except that
they said: ‘He is a sorcerer, a madman.’”
[Soorah adh-Dhaariyaat (51 ):52]
"And for each of the prophets We have made an enemy from the
idol worshippers.”
[Soorah al-Furqaan (25):31 ]
But the caller should face this with patient perseverance. See the saying of Allaah, the
Mighty and Majestic, to His Messenger,
“Indeed it is We who have sent down this Qur’aan to you, O
Muhammad, gradually.”
[Soorah al-Insaan (76):23]
It might be expected for this Aayah to be followed by an order to give thanks for the favours of your Lord, but rather Allaah,
the Mighty and Majestic, said after it,
“And be patient with what your Lord has decreed.”
[Soorah al-Insaan (76):24]
This contains an indication that everyone who stands with this Qur’aan must certainly face that which requires him to have patience and perseverance. Also
consider the example of the Prophet when his people struck him and caused
blood to flow from him. As he was wiping away the blood from his face he was saying: “O Allaah, forgive my people for they do not know” [Reported by al-Bukhaaree (Eng. transl. 4/454/no.683).
The caller should have patience and persevere hoping for Allaah’s reward. Patience (sabr) is of three kinds:
(i) Patience upon obedience to Allaah;
(ii) Patience upon avoiding that which Allaah has forbidden;
(iii) Patience with regard to the decrees of Allaah which He puts
into effect; both those which the servants have no control over at all, and also those pertaining to the harm and attacks which Allaah brings about by the hands of some of the people.
Q 2: On many occasions we meet people saying that they have good or bad luck; is it permissible to believe in luck?
A: Muslims have to believe in the Divine Decree. They have to endure adversity patiently and thank and praise Allah at times of prosperity.
They have to believe that Allah has already divided provisions amongst His slaves and decreed for them different ages and deeds when they were just fetuses in the wombs of their mothers. Allah is All-Wise regarding all His Divine Decree.
Accordingly, it is Wajib (obligatory) on
every Muslim to ascribe all the graces and abundant provisions that people have to Allah (سبحانه): the Only One Who grants all bounties and facilitates them to His slaves. Muslims also have to ascribe anything that afflicts them to the Divine Decree.
Q: What is the ruling on saying: "Allah and His Messenger know best"?
A: Since the Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) has already died, it is only permissible to say: "Allah knows best". This is because the phrase which is mentioned in the question means that the
Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) knows things that happened after he (صلى الله عليه وسلم) had passed away and things that will happen in future though Allah has not informed His Messenger of such things through Wahy (Revelation). Having the knowledge of the future is something
which is specific only to Allah Alone (سبحانه وتعالى). On the other hand, saying the phrase which is mentioned in the question was permissible during the lifetime of the Messenger as he was being taught by Allah through Wahy.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings
Q 1: when may a specific person be called a tyrant? Who has the right to call someone as such? Finally, what is the ruling on such a label being repeated by the common people after being conveyed from its first teller?
A: A tyrant is an oppressive person. Such a description may only be ascribed to specific people by those who have sound knowledge and certain information about people who deserve to be called so.On the other hand, it is not permissible that the common people ascribe such a label
to specific people as they are not entitled to issue a Shar'y (Islamic legal) ruling.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.

Its all well and good to have months long lockdown,
But when our jobs are at risk it's no longer a covid issue, you are messing with the bread on the table.
Bills aren't going to stop, but the jobs are.
Ruining livelihoods all because we too scared to catch a fever.
Pathetic.
I've had fevers in the past with both noses blocked, throat so sore I couldn't open my mouth, nose running like Niagara Falls, couldn't get out of bed for 2 weeks straight, absolutely miserable, body feeling like it's been dipped in lava and ice same time.
Yet no lockdown.
Lol
There's 100s of diseases/ilnesses transmissible from person to person which are worse than or just as bad as covid, yet I never saw this level of response for those?
Can't enter venues except if you been vaccinated?, every 3 days must get covid test or you're fired from your job
Q: In this country, some ex-Christian women who became atheists marry Muslim men. Is this permissible?
Shaykh Abdul-Aziz Ibn Baz رحمه الله: If these women turn from Christianity to atheism or communism, it is not permissible for Muslim men to marry them. They must be Christians
so that their marriage becomes permissible. However, if they turn to communism and such, they are no longer considered from the People of the Book.
- Majmū Fatawa of Shaykh Abdul-Aziz Ibn Baz 28/121
Ulema also mention they must be pious, chaste and practising Christians.
Just because she says she's Christian is not enough, there are those who commit zina with multiple men a month, and those who believe in evolution or secularism etc these are not Ahlul Kitab.
Ruling on judging by laws other than those decreed by Allah
(Question in Image)
Shaykh Abdul-Aziz Ibn Baz رحمه الله: Those who judge by laws other than what Allah revealed vary according to their beliefs and deeds. Those who rule by secular laws believing that they are more
appropriate and propitious than the revealed Laws of Allah are Kafirs (disbelievers) according the unanimous view of Muslim scholars. The same ruling applies to those who rule by manmade laws instead of the Shari ah (Islamic law) of Allah
believing that it is permissible to do so, even if they still acknowledge that the Shari`ah is more superior than manmade laws. This is because they make lawful what Allah has prohibited Whoever judges by what Allah did not reveal on the ground of mere whimsical desires, or in
