For asymptomatic cases, are there any symptoms that appear?

Asymptomatic means the patient has no symptoms.
Mild symptomatics can experience cough, cold, fever, diarrhoea, headache, bodyache, sore throat, vomiting, loss of sense of smell/taste, various skin eruptions etc.

While an asymptomatic patient might not feel much discomfort themselves, they can infect others.
An asymptomatic patient should recover on their own in due time. Supportive medication like immunity boosters etc may be given but no other treatment is indicated.
