Everything said in the Supreme Court of Pakistan Judgement granting bail to @KhSaad_Rafique and his brother is very noteworthy. The Supreme Court of Pakistan Judgement has synchronized its voice with that of the #PakistaniSilentMajority who have always stood for rule of law
The State of Pakistan prohibits the power of the State and it’s laws to be misused against its citizens and others who get engulfed in any kind of legal process in Pakistan.Nothing written anywhere in the Constitution,or any law book of Pakistan,empowers anyone to do injustices
All along, everything has been going wrong in the ‘rule of law’ sector of Pakistan’s national life. Laws have been twisted, turned and disfigured to maneuver politics, political parties, making and breaking of Prime Ministers and legally constituted Governments of Pakistan.
Our history is full of examples. Can anyone reading this deny my assertions? Probably not. The unfortunate part is that the judiciary, at all levels, has itself lent its services to be misused all the way down from Justice Munir’s application of the infamous ‘Law of necessity’.
Rest assured any modern State will always be rendered stagnant, paralyzed, decadent,devoid of progressiveness and will always be prone to lawlessness if it’s judiciary is rendered useless and ineffective in adjudicating in accordance to the due legal process without let, or fear.
Justice is the backbone of modern States and should especially be so for Islamic States like Pakistan.Islam and the Holy Quran amplifies the importance of Justice.Yet,sadly,in every lower & higher Court of Pakistan people,by the 100s,testify falsely everyday after taking oaths
It is time for Pakistan to change course. No one here,starting from the President and the PM down to the last man in the 220 million Pakistanis is a King. We are all kings, queens, princes and princesses of Pakistan and we all,equally as well as collectively, own Pakistan.
Let us all i.e those who feel they fall in the category of the #PakistaniSilentMajority vow and say that from this day onwards we shall all be responsible citizens of Pakistan and will raise our voice for Pakistan as is appropriate and good for Pakistan at any given point in time
Lets all vow that the pain and sorrow of one Pakistani will be the pain and sorrow of all of us.Let us vow that the happiness of one Pakistani will be the happiness of us all.Let us vow that the #PakistaniSilentMajority will not be given to fear,personal interests and sycophancy
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajority vow that together we will not let anything happen that is not in the best interests of our beloved motherland Pakistan.Let us all vow that we will be,with the Will of ALMIGHTY ALLAH, the protectors and guides for Pakistan to be on course
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajoriy living in Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan, AJ&K, Gilgit Baltistan or abroad vow that we will do all we can do so that,in future,Pakistan has a genuine democracy through elections in which not even one single vote can be stolen in anyway
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajority vow to ourselves, to Pakistan and above all else to ALMIGHTY ALLAH, that from this day onwards we will strive and ensure that through our relentless efforts we will,together,make the evasive #PakistaniDream come true in letter and spirit
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajority vow to raise our voices, use our pens and keyboards to voice our concerns on all matters that affect the well being of Pakistan. Let us all vow that the ONLY fear we will ever have is that of ALMIGHTY ALLAH and of nothing and none else
Let us all vow as the #PakistaniSilentMajority that under all circumstances we will, together, uphold the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and,come what may,we will not let it be disfigured on the whims of any ruler of this Country at any given point of time
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajority vow that we shall become an active part of the electoral process of Pakistan and ensure that we send the best,most effective and very upright people to the Parliament of Pakistan so that the interests of Pakistan are then in safe hands
Let us all as the #PakistaniSilentMajority renew our pledge of allegiance and solidarity with Pakistan and ensure that,from this day onwards, it gets back on track to become a fast developing, progressive and harmonious Country which is at peace with its people and with the world
This is what I envisage as the #PakistaniDream

POST SCRIPT:- In the light of the Supreme Court of Pakistan(SCP) Judgement of 21 July 2008 there is no reason for its Chairman to hang on to his Chair. My recommendation is to:-
1) Disband NAB
2) Allocate its resources to FIA.
3) Rename FIA
4) Make it Constitutionally autonomous
