Bill Barr recently tried to sneak in the idea that the U.S. used military force without a governor's consent in 1989.

That's FALSE, and Barr should know it. He was there at the time.

In his interview with @margbrennan, Barr said he was Attorney General at the time. He wasn't. Dick Thornburgh was.
