A month after I filed the request, DOJ/EOUSA FOIA office contacted me. They wanted know if I wanted to withdraw my request since Ratcliffe withdrew his name from consideration for ODNI Director

My response was "yes I'm still interested." I would have thought that DOJ which often accuses me of weaponizing FOIA would have known that.

Months go by and Ratcliffe is again nominated to be ODNI Director. Still no sign of my documents. So I reach out to the FOIA analyst.

The FOIA analyst responds: 30 to 60 days. Meanwhile, Ratcliffe gets the votes. He's ODNI Director.
Still, I think these documents I sought on him will still be newsworthy.

30 days passed so I check in with DOJ again and formally request an estimated date of completion. The FOIA analyst responds: this week.
Today, EOUSA sent me this letter: they are withhold 151 pages of records related to Ratcliffe in full that are responsive to my request.
