@cobbledClassic Hi Dan, I'd like to hope so but, as I said in the notes, I think the situation makes for higher uncertainty & more room for error, so it's foolish to be arrogant: I wouldn't be surprised if this needs updating as time passes. That said, on the optimistic side, it does look 1/n
@cobbledClassic 2/n reasonable to me at this point (well obviously it does!). Also, I just looked again at an analysis I did recently for a set of 4 large US states (linked in the comments here): MI, IL & PA have much more natural curves & all look to be around that 0.06% PFR level also.

@cobbledClassic PS: This is the 4 states analysis mentioned. A reasonable PFR match to FL, except for NY of course.
