Just asked ICE.
Spokesperson for ICE was not able to immediately confirm location of kids and others who were detained at the hotel. Will update if/when I hear more.
.@ACLU’s @leegelernt, who just sued stop kids’ expulsions, tells me they can’t locate them either: “Consistent with the secrecy under which the government has been expelling these children for months, we have not been told where the children from the Hampton Inn have been moved.”
Reminder @leegelernt is also lead counsel for @ACLU in Ms. L case, which stopped Trump’s wide-scale family separations and won order for administration to reunite children taken by the program.
